Please note that all lots that will be declared sold starting on the September 2022 auction catalog will be subject to new rates for buyer fees. This includes buy now purchases, and negotiations (presale) that will be won from August 1st, 2022 onwards.
Starting from this date the fees mentioned below will apply to future auctions.
• 3.1 For any purchase of a lot that a Bidder makes at the Auction or by Purchase Option, the Bidder must pay the Auctioneer, for each lot purchased, the following administrative costs:
a) 10% of the purchase price of the lot, applied to the portion of this purchase price that is less than or equal to $5,000 before taxes; and
b) 3.5% of the purchase price of the lot, applied to the portion of this purchase price that is greater than $5,000 before taxes; and
c) $65 for any registered vehicle.
